We decided to have a Rocket J Squirrel birthday party for our son but there were not any decorations so we made them all ourselves.
For a party scene I drew and painted out the Rocky and Bullwinkle characters and swapped them with the photo we have framed in our dinning room.
For a Rocket J Squirrel banner I cut out triangles from card stock, printed out letters and Rocky's face, cut them out and pasted them on the triangles. Then I punched holes in the triangles and my husband hung them up with curling ribbon.
For the cupcakes and tabletop decorations I got a star hole punch and punched out a bunch of the Rocky and Bullwinkle characters. I spread some on the table like confetti and for the cupcakes I glued them together with a toothpick in between. For my son's cupcake we added a candle and a small Rocky figure that we bought online.
My mom bought a Rocket J Squirrel bobble head for the table so I taped some small birthday balloons for him to hold.
My mom also bought a Rocket J Squirrel patch and my grandma put it on a shirt for hime to wear to the party.
Lastly I did a quick chalk drawing of Rocky with Happy Birthday in front of our door.
